The Wolwedans Dune Lodge lies on top of a huge red star dune in the NamibRand Nature Reserve with tremendous view. Canvas and wood was used to construct the main buildingand the chalets, which stands on stilts clear of the desert. This unique design gives one the possibility to experience the desert without being affected by its extremes. Nature drives take you through grass covered plains and apricot coloured dunes which are interrupted by mountain ranges.
